You need to know

Terms & Conditions:

1. Inter-Bank transfer is not allowed.
2. May request for UOB transfer, if given early notice to us.
3. For all ATM transfers, snapshot of your receipt is required!
   
4. Self-collection is available on appointment basis @ Tampines Central.
5. Free registered mail with every S$80 spent.
   
6. Registered mail is available at an additional cost of SGD 2.24 on top of normal mail cost.
7. Normal mail postage varies with the weight of item(s).
8. Subsequent item(s), normal postage will be an additional $0.50/piece.
   
9. No free normal mail, otherwise stated.
10. Order & payment made before 4pm on weekdays will be mailed within 24 hrs. Weekends' order will only be mailed out on Monday.

Return Policy:

1. Prints on My Body will check through all pieces before mailing out item(s).
2. In cases where there is defects found, kindly inform us within 2 days upon receipt of item(s).
3. Any defect item(s) should be sent back within 2 days of notice.
4. No refund of cash ; All replacement will be of same item or equal value item, otherwise stated.

How to purchase

Saw something you like?
Then read on to find out about our purchasing procedures -

1. Post a comment under the collection page (bottom of the page) with the following fields:

Item name/code/color*/size*: example: Light denim vest/2405-502/white*/F*
Qty:
Enquiry*:
*Fields not compulsory

2. All comments will await for moderation, as we do not want your emails to be exposed.

All anonymous comments will not be entertained.

3. Invoice will then be emailed to you if item is still available.

In cases when item is pending or sold out, we will email to notify you.

4. All payments must be done within 24 hours of receiving invoice, else item will be released to next immediate customer on waiting list.

Items sale is based on first order first serve, thus customer should always make their payment only after receiving our invoice.

5. After payment made, do reply us @ jasgoy@yahoo.com.sg with the following:

Amount transferred :
Code of item(s) paid for:
Reference No :
Place of atm transferred or Ibanking nick :
Date and time of transfer :
Home address :

6. Once we have checked that the payment is in, we will inform customers via email.

All payments made before 4pm on weekdays, items will be posted within 24 hrs.
Weekends payments, items will be posted out only on Monday.
